pause.fm terms of service
General provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the website available at pause.fm (the "Service"), operated by [OPERATING ENTITY, TAX ID TO BE ADDED] (the "Provider"). They describe what the Service offers, how to reach the Provider, and where the Terms can be found.
The Service provides digital content in the form of guided meditation recordings and audio material for relaxation and rest, available after buying a single pack or through a subscription (the "Digital Products").
You can reach the Provider by e-mail at [email protected].
The Terms are continuously available on the Service in a form that allows you to download, save and print them.
Purchase and access to digital content
This section explains how prices are shown, how a purchase is completed through Stripe, and when access to a Digital Product is granted.
Prices shown in the Service are gross prices and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) unless stated otherwise.
A Digital Product is purchased by placing an order and paying for it using one of the payment methods supported through Stripe.
The contract is concluded once the Customer receives electronic confirmation of the purchase, and access to the Digital Product is granted immediately after the payment is successfully authorized.
Access to purchased recordings is available through the Customer's account on the Service and in the Pause mobile app, after signing in with the same e-mail address.
Withdrawal from the contract
This section explains why the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once access to a Digital Product has started.
Under applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a Consumer once performance (making the Digital Product available) has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has elapsed.
The Customer agrees that delivery of the digital content begins, and the right of withdrawal is lost, at the moment the purchase is confirmed and access to the Digital Product is granted.
Complaints
This section explains how to file a complaint and how long it takes to receive a response.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint if a Digital Product or the operation of the Service does not match what was agreed.
Complaints can be submitted electronically to: [email protected]. A complaint should include the Customer's details, the e-mail address used for the purchase, and a description of the problem.
Complaints are handled within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Personal data / Controller
This section points to the Privacy Policy that governs how personal data is processed.
The controller of Customers' personal data is [OPERATING ENTITY, TAX ID TO BE ADDED]. Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
Contact
This section repeats how to reach the Provider and which law governs matters not covered by the Terms.
For questions about the Terms, orders and complaints, please contact: [email protected].
Matters not covered by the Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Provider, including consumer protection law.
Note: the text above is a skeleton based on the structure of a partner store's terms of service. Pawel must fill in the operating entity's details (name, tax ID, address) and review the final wording before publication.
